Default 06 Road glide security system issue

What's it telling me if the turn signals don't flash when the system is activated and deactivated with the key fob, but the "key" symbol in the speedo works as it should. And it is disabled, no ignition. Won't respond with the turn signals for code entry as well.

No, when trying to turn off system only the key indicator is active, no signal flash. It's like it's not turning the system all the way off. Leaving it disabled.

Single click to turn it on, double click to turn it off.

On mine, the signals flash when enabling and disabling. If I am reading your post correctly, it engages, and won't start, (as it's designed to do) but you can't tun it off. Are you double clicking the button?

Need more details on what you issue actually is befor I can offer any more advice.

Ok, got off the bike, locked it up, set the alarm. But I noticed when I set it the signals didn't flash but the "key" indicator did start flashing as it should. When I went to leave I disarmed the alarm, again no signal flash but the key indicator turned off. But no ignition, bike remains disabled. Tryed to enter personal code but the signals won't respond for that to happen either.

Hmmmmm, I got it now.

I think the first things I would check is the fob battery, fuses and wire harness going in to the security module. It also can't hurt to check your battery terminal connections for tightness and corrosion.

When you're the on the bike and stand it upright or hit the started do the signals flash indicating its armed?

Changed fob battery, nothing, checked every fuse I can find, nothing. Wiring harness going to t he security module I'm not sure about. Where's the module located?
As for the battery, it's got a new battery in it. I just read something about having to having to synchronize the security system, key fobs etc when the battery is disconnected which I didn't know. That may be why the fobs not communicating like it should, ie signals not flashing. No, the system doesn't go off when the bike is disturbed, but is disabled.
