So we go to leave and my buddies radio won't fire up, just a Harley logo on the screen. Never happened before. The bike idled at 2000rpm and no radio. He shut it down and fired it back up and idled and ran normal just no radio. Any suggestions?

Yes, enjoy a ride to the dealer, its their problem.
When mine did that a quick restart of the ignition off and back on didnt work. I left it off for a few minutes and then tried again. It worked after that.
