Don,t know about an 07 but my 06 ultra came with a CD on how to operate the radio and change channels. And yes, just push the right control up and down to change stations.

As for the radio. My right switch will only change the frequence not the presets.

Both sides go up and down but you can also push them in too.

That is the eject button...if the ole lady starts bitchin, just press, and zoom, off to the moon

I have yet to figure how to get to the presets from the handlebar controls, pushing up or down on the right control just scrolls to the next available station.
