Who has internally wired bars with heated grips?

You need to make sure the left side will accept the heated grip, some bars have a smaller inside diameter on the clutch side. it depends on how the bars are made. I just installed wild one 578's no problem with the heated grips but I did need to cut off 3/8" off the end of the bar on the clutch side. The heated grips will fit in the wild ones & the Yaffe's not sure about others. I extended the wires approx 8" & went with 4" longer clutch cable. The biggest pain is timing the heated grip wires with the control wires so they end up in the right place when you install them.
