For painted parts - I just ordered a tour pak- i found Manchester Harley to be the cheapest. Had to pay shipping, but even with that they were significantly less than Kutter and Surdyke. Only gripe I have is that their website sucks, but if you know the part numbers, send them an e-mail and they will take care of you.
Like mentioned if its a big order, compare the various sites and figure in shipping. There doesn't seem to be a definitive dealer that is always the cheapest.

Both Kutter and Ronnies work well for me. Free shipping and no tax.
My closest dealer is 40 miles so I let the brown truck bring it!

SURDYKE has been the best for me...

Hornytoad is ok, but the shipping charge is usually a deal breaker. Kind of like newcastle.

I've never paid what I consider to be an excessive shipping charge. and when jon quotes a price, he usually quotes it 'shipped'. his shipped price has consistently beat the others prices before shipping is even added in....

at least on the parts that I've ordered, ymmv. still no harm in checking.

I agree.. I bought all of my HD parts from Jon at Horny Toad. I checked around at the others mentioned, and he was always the cheapest shipped. Most of the time when I figured it up, I got more than 20 % off.

And the service is great too. I ordered the wrong rear brake leaver, and needed the right one in a hurry, he sent it 2 day at no extra charge. I sent the wrong one back, and they called me on a Saturday for CC # to credit the funds to.

Bought the majority of my stuff from kutterharleyonline.com. It usually takes a few extra days to get there, but no problems.
