Silly question first...
Did you hook the fuel line back up under the tank?
Then.... are the injectors themselves clean? With the tank off, it's not a big job to pull them.
I'm assuming when you said "checked all connections" you checked the electrical connections on the TMAP sensor, Throttle Actuator and both injectors.
Double check the electrical connectors on the injectors, and make sure the red seal is in place. I've seen it fall out when someone pulled them for cleaning.
While you're there, for giggles, check the little suction cap for the California emissions that is on the top of the intake manifold, that shouldn't stop it from starting, but I've seen those cracked and brittle.

I would start by pulling the tank, get a small brass brush and some electronics cleaner, take all of the plugs apart on the intake and injectors, clean, and add a bit of dielectric grease.
Pulling the tank is a 10 minute job....
