Has anyone gone over the recommended GVR on a Ultra Limited and if so by how much? The 2013 manual says I can add 459 lbs between riders and equipment.

 

yes, alot, i mean really alot... Ultra, not limited.

 

By about 60# and used to do it on a regular basis. It'll handle differently by feeling a little lighter in the front and you will get flashed by oncoming cars for your headlights. You will also notice increased wear on your rear tire. I've done 400 mile trips and have not had an issue. Now, she rides her own and don;t do too much 2 up.
