No, not painting with rattle cans, not offended, LOL.
I have a 60 gallon up right compressor, and a divilbiss spray gun. Got the paint mixed to the mopar sublime green paint code. The green is base/ clear. The black is going to be 35% gloss acrillic enamel. Went that route so the stripes it won't be too thick.
I've never sprayed matte paint before, so I figured I will to the non essentials first. If I screw it up, I can sand and re coat.

Wasn't trying to offend - just was noticing the rattle cans in the saddle bag extensions - it seems like a really good job and definitely a lot less expansive then if a shop was doing it - can't wait to see the final product in pictures

Doesn't match the cars which is a killer green. I know it's hard to tell on the photos but as you mentioned you were hoping for a darker green.... The green as it appears on the bike parts just doesn't do it for me.... which doesn't matter.. but the question is long run will that mismatch of what you are hoping for be OK with you long term?

Before I went out for a ride today I got the tourpak reassembled, and got the painted parts scuffed and buffed. When I returned, I pulled the fairing got the nacelle sanded and prepped for paint, and got the tourpak masked. I will be spraying the inner matte black when I spray the front fender and tourpaks stripes.
Anyway, here are some progress pics:
