Default Motorcycle Alarms Brand etc???....

Anyone have an aftermarket alarm system on their bikes? Mine did not come with security and now I want to install something. I am looking for brands or systems people use.

I agree "GORILLA" is one that is recognized by insurance companies.. You might be able to get a discount on your insurance using this.. MIGHT being the key word..
Good luck

Wow it's way cheaper than the Scorpio that I have been looking at.

So looking at the videos, it appears the Gorilla can be defeated by simply cutting the power wire. What about the key FOB battery? If it goes dead and the alarm is active does it have an override? Is it proximity sensing?

Ride Scorpio here. Proximity sensor chirps when people stand too close. Cell phone tracking and text alerts. It comes with a key fob that automatically arms/disarms when you walk away or approach. Mine scared off thieves 3 times within a 2 week period last year while staying in a hotel near Houston. All 3 times my phone alerted me around 4 a.m., I would go out to the parking lot to find the cover pulled off but the bike still safe.

Which unit incorporates the cellular app you show here?

Edit: I found it on their site. Does it work with the Factory security alarm?

It's totally separate from the factory alarm. Both alarms are functioning on my bike.
You can get the Ride Core and have the text alerts and app functions. Add the Ride Secure to get the key fob, siren and proximity sensor.
