Anyone running a Wimmer type exposed type...the forward facing "cone" type? I am considering one...or the new Harley one that's in the new Screaming Eagle catalog.

I'd love to see pics of one on a bagger!

Just pulled my SE AC off. What a POS! It is comming from together in less than 16K miles. I have run K&N in my truck for 140K (100 on the first filter and 40K on the FREE replacement) K&N it is for the Ultra too, orderedit today)

if you mean the rubber backing on the filter came apart mine did the same.i bought the se air filter that is on the 08 se springer.the fit is great and looks good also.

Read the Feb issue of American Iron, Donny Peterson article. That thing gives some pretty impressive numbers, documented by three other sources besides American Iron.

Ran a K&N on my FLSTC for 7 years and never had misting. Also have 300,000+ miles on a K&N in my Chevy truck, and Have a High Flow on my Dodge Hemi.
