Just a quick shout out for these folks. Rode there Friday to have the passenger part of my seat redone for the wife. 300 miles round trip, and it was a beautiful day for it. These folks are the definition of excellence in customer service. When I arrived, they made me feel like the business was completely dedicated to me and my appointment. Within a few minutes, the seat was off my bike and in the shop being reworked. I was given a golf cart and directed to a local burger joint. After eating, I figured that I would need to kill an hour or so before my seat was ready. Wrong. Within a couple of minutes of finishing my burger, I got a call telling me my seat was ready. These folks are top notch!!!

Great people at MCC. Had a chance to take my seat in during a lunch hour a few years ago and they are quick. Too bad they didn't have that cart back then.
