I was impressed with them. Haven't been on a trip yet to give the mod a final grade. Everything is good so far!

 

Ill post seat pics later. We are heading to Maggie Valley Friday, so my wifes *** will see how it likes it on a long trip.

 

They did such good work on my lousy VTX saddle that I'm letting them re-do my Ultra saddle that is already more comfortable than the VTX was to start. Love their double memory foam option. But man are they booked way out there July is my booking. Worth the wait considering what I've asked for. Had to talk to Allen to get just what I wanted because it isn't their standard re-work.

 

My UC seat is there right now...scheduled for Wed mod. When it's done, they're shipping it to my friends house in Florida...I fly down & we ride home. Going to be so much more comfortable. Can't wait.

 

I'm sure the seat's going to be comfy, but just-in-case, you might want to call them if they'll be in the shop when you ride back up. They can quickly adjust if you come up through NC.

 

That's a good thing to keep in the back of your mind just in case. Chances are it will be perfect but they are there and can get to you quickly if your route is anywhere close to that direction.

 

That there is a great suggestion RKZen!! I'm sure it will be great...but just in case, it's a good option to have...considering I'll be riding through the approximate area. Thx for the tip!!

 

I love mean city cycles. Have sent 4 seats to them now. Top notch work and have always answered every dumb question I've asked very politely. You're going to love the seat mod!!

 

You're very welcome. I'm a short ride from them and can't say enough good things about MCC. I'll be heading down to the Sunshine state myself in June. Ride safe.
