As an update, I was able to pick up a new lock and weatherstiping at Lowe's for less than $10. $5 for a cabinet/drawer lock that only required a little dremel and file work to the locking arm to make it work perfectly. And I used some rubber door seal for the lid seal. I can post pics and more details if anyone's interested. I bought a $15 harbor freight paint buffer and revived the paint. Now all I need is some led strips for the side marker lights and I'm ready to install it.
Has anyone had the lip of the tourpak lid, where the latch is, break off and how did you fix it, besides buying a new lid. mine broke right where the holes for the right side latch attach
