Devin and Kevin(DK) both use the Power Vision on their bikes, and they are 100% satisfied. One of the many great things about the Power Vision is delivered to you with a Custom Map, for Your Bike, already installed in it. You can plug it in, load the new tune into your bike, unplug it, and be riding with the New Tune in 5 minutes. And it also has Auto Tune, which im sure you will find handy. And you can't go wrong with the doubled technical support. Below is also a video about the PV, that will give u an idea about how it works. Hope this helps you out

Bigbore & Cam & Tuner
107" Pistons $350 Bore Cylinder $100 Gaskets $50 =$500
Cam $250 Install Kit $150 Lifters $100 = $500
Tuner $250-500
110 HP/TQ

Busts your budget but it will haul you and Mama around properly.

Cheaper version would be to go some 103" takeoff cylinders and pistons.
Takeoff SE cams and an inexpensive tuner and you can stay right at the $1000

Deluxe version would be to let Fuelmoto work their magic by installing their kit

I would love to know where some of these prices come from?? If you are not doing the labor a cam swap (lifters/bearings/pushrods/gaskets/oil change) is gonna eat most your $1000 and a PV tuner with proper dyno tune most of another $1000. While 255s are ok in a 96 with a geezer rider, I like Andrews 48 or woods 222 much better. Your 96" doesn't have enough compression for anything bigger, which is the main reason for boring to 103/107.

If Harley did it, the info was recorded on their Talon Point of Sale system, which would mean that any Dealer can run the VIN and tell you what's been done. (They can access the entire history of any motorcycle that's been HD Dealer serviced.)

Plus I am pretty handy. I have torn down and built a sled motor. enjoyed it and had great results. the Cams dont seem that hard for what I have watched on Youtube and such...

Plus I will stay at a holiday inn the night before!

Then you'd better find the previous owner. If you pull the cam cover you can tell if there are aftermarket cams in it, but it would be easier to ask somebody first.

I asked and the Dealer will not give up the info!
