Thinking of trading my 2005 on a 2015. Looking at the Ultra Low. Anyone have any good or bad on this bike? Just started thinking about it. Thanks

All I can say is that the Rushmore bikes are head and shoulders better than previous models, one ride and you will see. I had a 07 RG and now ride 15 Ultra. Very nice...

Rushmore line's been out for over a year and...HD pretty much ironed out most of the bugs/kinks. Go in and take one out for a test run...it might follow you home.

I have had my Limited Low for a few months now. The new Rushmore bikes are great handling great performing bikes. The Low suspension is a firm ride. I smoothed out the bumps with a CVO heated hammock seat. That really helped. The only feature of the Rushmore I didn't like was the new angle of the rear brake pedal. I changed that out with a softbrake one. Take one for a test ride and you'll bring it home. Good luck!

Good idea !
I dont have a Low nor have I rode one..but after my 2005 RK and a 2012 SG this Ultra is by far a much better riding & handling bike.
I doubt it will be perfect though, that'll take a bit more money...ya know.

I have a couple friends with them and both agree the rear suspension works well for lighter riders.

I also had a 2005 Ultra Classic. I did the SE 95 kit with cams along with many other upgrades. But, I traded for a 2015 Ultra Classic a couple of months ago, and Wow! Love the 2015, it's so much better than the ol' 2005. The new Rushmore models are awesome. The only thing I've done to the bike is replace the stock head pipe with Vance & Hines Power Duals to get rid of the CAT. Otherwise it's stock and runs great. The PD's made the stock mufflers little louder and deeper, which is just right for me. As I get older, I find that I like less noise. I also replaced the stock windshield with an 11" Long Ride Shield, which also works great. Good luck, and if you decide to trade, you'll be happy. I have no regrets.

'14 up tourers are best yet. Other than the price and poor lowered suspension not a bad starting canvas if ya want all the ultra geehaws.
