RK speedo lens cloudy

RK speedo lens cloudy
When the sun hits my speedo directly,the lens looks cloudy like the inside is dirty.Can these lens be taken off to be cleaned?

...nope..but I took mine to dealer and complained about condensation and they replaced under warranty..

mine looks like it was 'wiped' on the inside of the lens in certain lighting conditions.
no cloud (like my fuel guage)
