I am looking to put speakers in the lowers on my 13 SG. What do I need besides the speakers and amp?

I will be using Biketronic speakers and amp, and I believe I will need adaptors to mount the speakers in the lowers. Is there a brand to look for or a suggested place to get them?

You need the inserts that go in the lowers, 6.5speakers, amp and speaker grills.

I would us the speaker grills tgat come with the speakers vs the hd grills

If your lowers are not vented, the seller has pods for those as well I believe.

 

On my '10 ultra, I used CVO speaker pods in my lowers to use 6.5 speakers. Do a search in the audio section and you will find part numbers. Some people use HD CVO speaker grills, biketronics was nice enough to give some covers that I had to alter to work. As already mentioned, there is a vendor selling pods that will fit 6.5 speakers on ebay.

On most of the builds we do with lowers typically we like to use the Fairing Factory lowers and pods. We don't typically use BT speakers so as far as fitment on them in the Fairing Factory pods I can not speak to.
