Does anyone with lowers run the SE heavy breather? If so could you post pictures? How much clearance is there?

 

Here is a link to the one for use with lowers. It is shorter than the standard length one. There should be plenty of clearance.

The MOCO makes a compact version for use with lowers. P/N# 28716-10A

 

with the compact filter, you get about 3/16'' of clearance. the front of the filter does also interfere a little with the door opening. i have the magnetic doors, and the one on the right does not open all the way. it does open far enough though. it will not fit if you plan on using speakers in your lowers.

 

Thanks for the photo. Looks a bit tight for my liking. Guess I will go another route.
