Default what in the freak is that noise?

Hey guy's I went for a ride last weekend and a humm noise started but I could only hear it while slowing to a stop. I have a 2011ultra classic with factory Dunlops which I'll be replacing soon. I thought I read a thread on here about a humming noise and it turned out to be a minor repair but I can't find it. Has anybody experienced this and what was it? Thanks and be safe this Easter

The only tire noise I have experienced is when leaning the bike. I really hear it when I lean to the left but its probably the same on both sides. New tires stopped the problem but it came back between 5,000 and 10,000 miles. Louder exhaust would probably fix it for good.

Sounds similar to when a main drive gear bearing is going bad. Happened at about 16,000 miles to me.
Easy enough to jack rear tire up and rotate while in neutral.
The hum (growl) will be coming from the rear of the primary area.
Good luck.

Tighten drive belt!
had the same issue, and found it to be the belt!
