Default What kind of bike cover do you use/like?

I'm looking to get a bike cover for the new Limited and would like some comments on any that you guys have and like. I've had a number of different kinds, from the cheap ones to the expensive ones and never been all that impressed with any of them. I'm not opposed to paying for good quality.

Anyone using or have an opinion on the HD cover... http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...17-93100023--1

This one from Just Motorcycle Covers looks pretty good also... http://www.justmotorcyclecovers.com/...cover-1626789/

Anyone using either of these? Or have another they like? I want something for the garage but also something that packs up nicely and can be taken on the road. I'm not concerned about something the antennas will go through because I have the hidden radio antenna and I relocated the CB antenna to the lower rear fender so it will go under any cover.

I use outdoor cover from here for traveling - packs small and works

also, they sell indoor (breathable/non-waterproof) for indoor.

saw one of these in a hotel parking lot last year ... interesting

I have the first one (HD one) without the logos. Got at my dealer for 50.00 less than the one with the logo nd it comes in an HD box.

Fits well, easy to put on. Folds up a little bigger than a rainsuit?

Use the same one when traveling. It's a rain cover.
For storing in the garage I use a HD breathable one just to keep the dust off.

I've got a half cover when i travel. covers up the top part of the bike from the fairing, seat and trunk. keeps rain off the seats and inner fairing. packs up into bag about 10 x 10 inches or so and just a couple of pounds. i used to put it on at work just in case it rained and to help keep the dust off but now that we have a parking garage, i don't use it but still always bring it.

I just did it again and my post came up #1, while the one above was deep into the second page and I didn't notice it the first time... but that's another topic.

I appreciate you pointing out this post, but I'm looking for an indoor/outdoor cover and want something more than a bed sheet.

Have had the HD cover for 15 years now. No emblem, still looks like new.
