Apparently you do not know the answer to my question.
I think he was trying to add a bit of humor to this (non) oil thread, not answer your question.
I got it.

When would a contract be awarded to the high bidder?

Oil oil oil and more oil.... just fill the three holes and ride it. Don't cheap out on your lube any. You and your riding partner will enjoy it.

Any well know supplier makes a good oil for today's standards. Spend the extra 2 dollars and buy it. Everyone stop trying to find a cheaper alternative to an already cheap item. Amsoil, M-1, Bellray, Redline, Royal Purple, Spectro here's a few to help out anyone in question.

I promise you it's not as hard as many make it out to be....

Sorry for being a little of a smart *** but there are miles and miles of oil threads search for em....

We all know that there is ONE and ONLY ONE correct oil (and filter!) for the Harley Davidson, and using any other brand will result in the eventual destruction of the engine, clutch, primary and transmission- slowly over decades of time and tens of thousands of miles.
