2003 Electra Glide Classic won't start.
Went to start my 2003 Electra Glide Classic this morning; wouldn't even attempt to start. Everything comes on when I turn the switch on (lights, stereo, fuel pump).
I'm thinking it might be a neutral safety switch? I'm not sure where it would be located or how to check it.
Tried starting in neutral also, with the clutch in and out; same results.
Put 170 miles on it yesterday with no issues.....
Any ideas or suggestions?

make up a 3 foot wire with a terminal crimped on one end.
with the bike IN NEUTRAL...pull the green wire off of the starter solenoid.
attach you wire.
touch the other end to the battery +
the starter should run.
if it does then we have a fault with the low current starter primary circuit.
if it does not the fault is in the battery or cables.
pull the battery out ( disconnect neg first)...charge it on a charger...load test at autozone
while it is out loosen and tighten the cable connections at the other end
loosen and tighten the starter mounting bolts
if the starter did run with the jumper wire, we look at the starter primary circuit which on mst models is:
ignition switch
kill switch
starter switch
( some models have neutral, clutch or jiffy stand switches too)....does your N light come on?
starter relay
and from there that green wire gives power to the starter solenoid...
easy to swap in a new starter relay for under $20. the primary circuit can be traced back with a trouble light.
for systems full of gremlins which cannot be fixed or the owner can't figure it out...the aftermarket sells a plunger end cover for the starter for about $30...when you want to start you push the plunger.
