Default is the foot brake adjustable

My Foot brake isn't comfortable for me. It stands to up right causing me to pull my leg way back to get my foot on the peddle. Can you just remove the nut and slide it off and slide it back on down a notch like the heel/toe shifter ?

I don't think that is possible. Most folks who have that issue go with a device called a Softbrake. I believe it is a brake pedal with a longer arm where the pedal is further forward. I don't have one, but have read about it a time or two. Not sure how helpful this reply is, but there ya go.

Brake pedal is not adjustable. But several aftermarket companies (like the previously mentioned Softbrake) make replacement pedals that are better positioned. They are also available in different lengths.

I can highly recommend the Softbrake . I just got to use mine last weekend for the first time. Fantastic!! (Their website kinda rots but they're very responsive over email and phone)

I've had a few extended/lowered pedals. Currently I'm using a Softbrake, which comes in numerous lengths. http://softbrake.com/ All are much better than OEM, because I can rest my heel on the footboard and cover the brake with my toes. With the OEM I had to lift my foot off the board to apply the brake. Get one, you'll be very glad you did.
