Hey guys
I'm gonna paint my Electra Glide next week, but I'm torn between performance red and gloss black...any thoughts

 

Black is my choice, not a red fan myself... Both my last HD and my current one are black.

 

Go black, so my bike will be the one that's different.

 

Red. Way too many black bikes out there

 

Anything but black. ANYTHING!

 

I have to be honest here. Why do people ask what color to paint their bike?

Everyone is going to tell you what color they'd paint it, when all that matters is what you want. So, why ask what others would do?

That being said, I'd paint it a color that is not offered by the factory. If you like red, find a shade that doesn't look like any shade the MoCo has.

 

+1 on the unique option(s) for colors. I'd pick something that isn't like anything else out there and can be "yours." JMHO, but anyone can order and paint a bike black.

 

To many black bikes around. Just check the used bike section. I voted red.

 

All in what you want not a group of strangers that being said harleys are meant to be black lol

 

Why not both? Red and black look really good together.
