and how do you plan on balancing this 20+ gram addition to the wheel? Installing DynaBeads, Counteract, or just going to leave it as-is and ride with an unbalanced wheel? The proper way of doing this is to remove wheel, install metal valve stem, and then have the wheel balanced by your preferred method, INCLUDING the TPMS system installed.

Good advice with the exception of that $100+ TPMS system - a truly expensive and unnecessary PITA (that's what it should be called: PITA System).

Wow Dude you have some bad luck to lose both at the same time!!

True - rural France closes early on Saturdays and takes Sunday and Monday off! The one consolation is that the only hotel in the nearby town was great - you should see what we had to put up with, as an historic attraction!

If we had had a TPMS we would have known about a deflating tyre before the beads came off! Unfortunately I haven't come across a decent one here in the UK. Don't knock'em.

Put on 90 degree valve stems at tire replacement. I've spent thousands on mods, but this is the best mod I've made, lol. My 14 Triumph came with beautiful aluminum 90 degree valve stems. WTF, come on MOCO!!!
