I had rush 3 1/2 inch with 2.25 baffles and they were pretty means. Sound reminded me of a 60's muscle car.

What's loud to one may not be loud to another.. Sound is subjective to everyone.. Most will suggest you hit up bike nights and see what others are running to help you decide

I know exactly what you mean! I've had Power Duals with High Outputs also. They sound great, but I wanted a little more loud also. I'm now running Power Duals & Rush Big Louies. I've had them before, and I think they're louder than High Outputs. (Go with the 2.5 baffle on the Big Louies.) I did Big Louie Slash-Ups mainly to match the lines of my stretched bags. The only other thing to do is wait til this summer, and then go to a bike night or a Harley dealer on a nice Saturday morning, find a bike like yours, and ask 'em to fire it up for you. You might hear something you like that way. I'm always hesitant to order something I haven't heard first --- while I'm standing beside the bike that has them on. (Riding a 2011 Limited Ultra.)

CFR's seem to be pretty popular on this site. I have heard them on a couple bikes and they sound good and are also loud IMO.

Instead of spending money on new slipons, I'd at least pull the baffles and remove the packing first. That may very well put you at the sound level your looking for. And it's free!!!

2010 Limited with some stuff!!

Also, call Vance and Hines, they offer quiet/normal and "performance" baffles that are louder. Not sure it they have them for your exact mufflers, but I know they have them for several different models so I assume they will.
