Default Do you carry SERT mapping progam with you??
Just wondering if you should carry the Sert mapping cd and computer connect cables with you at all timesin your bags while ridding ? If you have a problem somewhere on the road, wouldn't a dealer need that tohelp trouble shoot a mechanical problem etc.

I carry mine with me...yes they would need it from what I was told from my dealer

Dealers have their own scan tools to communicate with and alter the ECM if needed. The SERT is just another wayof doing it that you can buy and use yourself if you wish. No, I don't carry mine with me.

No reason to carry it with you unless you are going to get it tuned.

Had to go home and bring it to dealer one time so now I just carry it in the tour pak.

you don't need to carry the program/CD, but i do carry the interface box with me. the dealer needed it to do my dyno tune.
