All the way back to 1903? That kind of info is likely scattered throughout the net, in old magazines, etc. It might even be compiled in one handy dandy location. It would be interesting to see if anyone has made a list and how many models they covered.

1993 is tricky. Sticker was prolly near $10000 but it sold for roughly fifty percent over that.
Baaaaaaaack then you could buy one and ride it for 2 years and sell for 100% ...
Your best bet is to find an old magazine review that includes the specifications along with the price.
As a guideline, I can tell you the base vehicle price on my 1993 victory red sun-glo FatBoy (I'm the original owner) was $13199. Unfortunately, I don't know for certain if that was MSRP.
