Higher you go the more you lose your strength and are in less control of the situation.

Not necessarily true. The closer to level your arms are in riding position, the better your control and strength. This guys bike, yeah, is just unsafe, but some mid sized apes that level your arms out will take less effort to steer with than the low *** bars they use from the factory. Pulling and pushing straight out or in takes less effort than pulling or pushing in and out when your arms are at an angle.
