Forget the warranty. Save your own money for repairs. When you have a breakdown there will be no doubt it's covered because you control the money. Buying one of those extended warranties is like going to Vegas, your gambling your money. And on top of that if your going to throw it into your financing, your paying interest on money your gambling.

Back last year around March or so, Kutter, like other dealers, was no longer allowed to sell the HarleyDavidson/CNA Extended Warranty to out of state customers. Purely a pricing protection move by the MoCo to prevent discounting. Kutter picked up Cornerstone to fill the void.
I would very very carefully compare the Cornerstone product to what is offered by CNA. The CNA package is the only endorsed product by Harley Davidson and is good at any HD dealer anywhere. Not so sure the others are.
You are gonna get an earful on the merits of buying extended warranties or not to buy. I assume you are already in favor of such warranty. Its paid off for me.

consider:
what if the servicing company goes under ( rife with auto 3rd party warranties)
how about exclusions? the warranty company may discount claims for common modifications- that'll be in the contract read it over
who does the work?
how do you get a repair if 1000 miles from home?
does the contract demand that basic oil changes etc be done by one of their affiliates to retain coverage?
HD can;t demand that but a 3rd party can.
i have a newer Toyota and get 3rd party offers in the mail every few days- most of these look scammy.
