Abs was available in 2005 on police bikes.

My thoughts were more about mixing of components designed for different types of fluids. Brembo calipers designed for DOT 4 while the master cyls. caps specify DOT 5? Are the materials used to make the components the same? Hoses, seals, o-rings? Is the ABS motor possibly churning air up in the fluid the only reason DOT 4 is specified in the later models? I understand the benefits of DOT 5, just wondering the compatibility of everything involved.
