With the discount from LRS I've ordered 3 shields from them for my 14 SGS over 2 separate orders.

I've been in rather regular email communication with their director of operations James and he's been very responsive, polite, and helpful over the last several weeks.

Today 2 of the shields arrived and one of them is actually for the earlier model year bikes. I snapped a pic with my cell phone and sent it over to James.

He replied within 30 minutes. The correct shield and a return label to send back the other one are on the way. Done and done.

Everybody makes mistakes, not everybody operates with solid ethics.

Can't beat the Quality, pricing, or CS, Just wish they'd hurry up with the new 15 RG shields, I have a 14 LTD, but brother , and some others have the new RG, Looking for new shields

 

i did the same thing, ordered a shield for a 13 when i own a 15. returned, fixed, bam. great customer service and products

 

I have had excellent results with Long Ride Shields. I run their product on my Road King right now. No complaints. As I have mentioned before, I would love to see an extra wide version for my Road King, and would be the first in line when they make it. Until then, I will rock what I got!

 

I ordered only one shield when they had their last sale, I really regret it now. Should have ordered a second or third of different style and size. Fast delivery and quality product.

 

Got mine from LRS & couldn't have been happier. Half priced over the Xmas holidays. Should have bought more, but I'll be in touch with them for another one down the road.
