No need to do bag or do anything but zip tie it to your stock ECM with provided zip ties, under the cover that stuff seldom gets wet, never had a issue with one yet.

You can pick up the d-grease at any auto parts store. Even Auto Zone carries it!

I found it went much better to mount it piggy back to the ecm. I picked up the grease at Walmart.

Jon, I think you'll be happy with the PC III on your RKC. I installed one last summer and noticed the difference immediately. There is a guy in the Wilmington area that can do the Dynotune if you decide to go that route. I just got a quote from him this week... $300. I may get it dynoed this summer.

Installation on my '06 RKC was straightforward and I just used the zip tie around the ECM and PC III. The PC III is readily accessible for tweaking the map by just removing the side cover.

I would not worry about protecting it from water.

I lived in Boothwyn for several years and my in-laws live right off of Naaman's Creek Road. If you get in a bind and can't round up a laptop give me a shout, I am only about 45 minutes away.

I installed the PC-III late last season. I ordered it pre-loaded with a download designed for my particular set-up (SE slip-ons, SE air cleaner). Although it did stop theoccassional back-firing during down-shifting, I haven't noticed much of difference in performance. I'm thinking that I will have it dyno-tuned soon in order to get the full effect.
