Very hard to move when shut off and not in neutral with only clutch disengaged.

Normal for every wet clutch system in the world. No oil will change that - ever.

You may find that some bikes just simply preform great with some oils and not-so-well with others.

I had an '08 TC96 that only likes Valvoline oil while my current '12 only likes Spectro.

Run the Lucas for a while and see how it behaves...if you don't like, change to something else. Just try to stay away from oils that have friction modifiers.

Good luck!

I just changed my primary with lucas for the second time. There primary oil seems to work just fine.I have there 75w140 in my transmission and its smooth and quiet. I have used there engine oil also and should get the oil sample back soon.I hope it turns out good.

I use it , and it took 2 or 3 changes of the primary lube to get the clutch to stop feeling strange on hard pulls from a stop.
To be honest, I can't tell any difference between it , and Formula Plus, but I had a case of it given to me so I use it, think I have 3 bottles left.
It will not stop the bike from lurching starting it in gear cold, and it will not make it easier to move in gear with the clutch pulled.
