Our plans are to leave LV Harley @9am,ride to Hoover dam. Then on to Kingman and hop on Route 66 to Williams, then overnight in Tusayan.
Next day, ride the 64 to the 89 and join the 89a to Kenab. Then take route 9 through Zion and overnight in Springdale.
Next day ride through St George to Overton and follow Valley of Fire and Lake Mead back to Boulder City,if time permits we'll do Red rock Canyon before bringing the bikes back.

If near the north rim, do not miss Cape Royal Point. Period! It is worth the trip. Hike all the way out to the end. Empirial Point is also a must see. The lodge serves a great meal and its hard to beat sitting at a table on the edge of the Grand Canyon!
Alittle more difficult ride is to Toroweap. Words cannot describe this place. It is 60 miles or so along dirt roads. I have seen Harley's there, but it is rare. It's a bit of a trek to the end of the road. But once there......epic. Very few people ever make it there. I promise, nobody ever leaves Toroweap uninspired.

Desertwndrr, you're scaring me here.6-8 hrs for 210 miles from South to North rims?According to Harley rideplanner, from South rim to Springdale Utah is 250 miles.Isn't this like a 4-5 hr drive?I'm allowing 2-3 hrs each day for stops etc so I figured being on the road for 6-7 hrs each day.Am I being too optimistic?400 mile days are not that uncommon for us just trying to plan it out with a bit of a leisurely pace.
