Welcome from NYC! Have you considered just getting any color fender and having it painted to match? I had a 2001 FLHT that had a damaged front fender, so I found a fender from a fat boy and purchased the adapters. I really liked the way it looked.

$800, that seems excessive. I bought a new front fender from HD for my 13 road glide it was not more than $400

Call Jon at Horny Toad HD, he'll hook you up.

Hi Fred-
Physically any fender from a touring series bike ( FLT, FLH) , 1978 to 2013 will fit.

so a matter of a color match.

This is the opportunity for a "custom" solution if you want...you can get a new or used fender, mount it up...figure out which badges or trim you want to use ( or not)...drill holes to mount the stuff- fill any unused holes...weld on the fender brace and grind off and fill the rivets. alter the mount holes so the fender sits lower ( or higher) on the wheel.

all kinds of choices.

and which most things Harley- a custom solution may cost alot less than replacing with stock parts.

ebay is always a resource, and the classified section here at the forums is good.

welcome to the forums

mike

Welcome. I agree with the others, get any fender that fits then take it to a paint shop. shouldn't take too long at all. i have a white 2006 yamaha road star that i bought a fairing for years ago. it was black, from the vendor, and i had the paint shop paint it to match the rest of the bike to include pin stripes. they had it about a week.

He also has another with a small dent in it.

I've got a front fender off my 2006 that I'd let go cheap. It's perfect other than a tiny ding right under the trees. Of course you'd have to paint it.

I've got one for sale in the classified section of this forum. Here's a pic of it. I'll let it go for 100 plus shipping

Welcome to the forum!!

A Street Glide Fender would look better anyway with out all that crap on it.
Just look for a used one like the one that is on here and have it painted.
No big deal.
