12" Yaffe Monkey Bagger Bars Wire Extension and Cable Help
I purchased the 12" Yaffe Monkey Bagger Bars for my 09 Ultra. I currently have the Harley Reduced Reach bars. The brake cable is stock. The clutch cable is the Tri Glide clutch cable with I think is a +2 over the OEM. What is a good place to get extended brake lines. I haven't been able to determine what length of brake line I will need. I want to go with braided lines. Also, what length do you recommend I extend the wires and which extension kit is the best? I appreciate the help.

I found what I needed from www.jpcycles.com , Russell Cycleflex stainless braided lines +6" on my upper line. Haven't got to that point in my install yet but should be just right for mine. I suggest you get the new bars in place and then measure to see exactly how much longer you will need. I assume for you at least 8", there is no way the stockers would have worked for my 10" yaffe bars. Here's a pic of where I am at with it. I like where the new bars put my hands now, just above the fairing wings. Should give you and idea where yours will wind up.
