Yeah, so is loud exhaust and trick or treating if you're older than 12 in parts of VA. Who cares. I run a top quality kit in my truck and have never been flashed for blinding oncoming traffic. It's installed correctly and emits a nice clean white light. I'm installing a projector on the Harley and it's illegal in some states too. I guess that makes me one of the bad *** criminal bikers :-)
