I've been through a few sets of grips and have settled on the HD Slipstream. Ive had the Kury Iso grips too and they were very comfortable. Really just a matter of personal preference.

I cant stand the rubber on the grips make my fingers go numb? I went with smooth chrome grips on my 4 pair (wear the chrome off)

Had the Kury Iso grips, Feel good ,look OK, but the chrome started flaking after about a year an a half. Have the Avon gel grips now. Like the shape and feel, The chrome should last longer because it's on the ends inside and outside of the gel. So my hands dont sweat on the chrome. Also wear fingerless gloves now due to skin cancer on the back of my hands.

Cheap way: Gel palm and fingered gloves. Have iso-grips on another bike.

I have these with the throttle boss on both of my bikes. Love 'em.

avon air cushion grip with throttle assist. nice comfy grips and enough grip that even when your hands get wet or sweaty you dont loose grip. the throttle boss is a necessity when riding with others. no ones cruise control works the same and it will wear you out without this otion..

I've had two pairs of Avon grips. I love them and they don't get sticky when it's hot out. My present set-up is with those Air Cushion ones mentioned above (in black chrome).

Check out http://www.coolsac.com/categories/Grips/

I just ordered a pair. I used them on my old bike for about 4 years. Excellent workmanship. Great designs. Some made to match Harley paint colors, very cushy and comfortable but you still get a great feel for the road. I can't recommend them high enough. And if you don't have cruise, they have the best integrated throttle lock on the planet. They are located in Buffalo, NY.

Avon gel contour grips. I also really like the HD Nostalgia grips
