65 on the flat and it cruises nice, no sounds and no lugging. If I need to overtake its a quick dip into 5th

I don't shift into 6th until I reach at least 70mph.

I pretty much agree with everybody else. Never less than 70 mph but even then if Im on one of the "in-town" freeways in the DFW area I just leave it in 5th. I only use 6th when Im out on open highway above 70 mph. Have to say I really like having that extra gear; going 75 mph and pulling maybe 2500 rpms is pretty cool.

depending on load ,1.9-2 rpm 55mphlowest(engine boarder line lugging) usually 60-65 minimum mphin the low to mid 2k rpm's. optimum 65 to 75 mph and up
