I have the 28 spoke wheels and considering chroming them. Has anybody got pics. And advice and places to go to. If its not to $ I might do it.

I've seen them and they look OK, not fantastic (IMO). You might consider getting some take off limited wheels as they are polished.

I have some on my ultra but it is currently with the indy getting some work done. Below is a picture that helped me make my decision. I think they look great with whitewalls. I like the Commander II's so no whitewalls available for me.

.I used the chrome wheel exchange with ***** Shiny (www.willyshiny.com). Easy transaction.

Awesome please post pics of the ultra when you can. Did you have any issues with ***** Shiny or the install on the ultra?

Had a little snow, so may not pick up until Wed., unless I find a way to get it today.

Absolutely no issues with ***** Shiny. You have the option of sending your original wheels to get chromed or doing a straight exchange. I elected the exchange with no down time. They will send you the wheels for an additional $400 core charge (refundable once you return your wheels). Credit card was never actually charged.

I will post pics once I get it back.

I used willyshiny.com for my lower legs on an exchange basis. The chrome was flawless and shipping was fast..... Once they were in stock and I finally got ahold of someone to place my order (just keep calling both phone numbers). Otherwise excellent product.

I will be calling them for a chrome rear pulley and polished rear rotor once I get the bike back from getting tuned.

Here's my 10 UC with the chrome 28's. I think they look great and they really aren't as hard to clean as some think..

+1 on Shiny *****. Can't speak about the wheels but if its anything like his chrome lowers exchange you will be happy.
