Finally pulled the trigger on my first touring bike. Picked up a used 07 6 speed with the 103CI FLHTP a couple weeks ago. It have it all pulled apart right now but here's what it looked like when I got it.

 

Looks fine - what mischief have you got in mind for it now?!

Thanks guys. I'm sure I'm gonna have lots of questions as I start different projects on this bike. The hdfourums have always been an awesome resource for ideas and information. Right now I'm not doing a whole lot to it cause I'm waiting for my service manual to arrive.

Currently Im just putting a new stereo in it while I wait for the manual. Gonna swap out the tail light assembly next and I'm looking for a good tour pak to throw on it. Pipes and air cleaner in the next couple months.

I kind of like the black and white look so I will probably stick with that theme. Storm trooper the bike out and leave a few chrome accents

Nice bike I did the same but with FLHP just wanted the bigger motor. Stripped everything police like on it except the air filter cover. Have fun with it.
