Default Different take on cruise control switches.

Posted a month or so ago about adding cruise to my 04 flhri. Didn't like the bigger housing on the grip. Already had thought about using the accessory switch as the on/off. Bought 2 chrome momentary switches and installed them on the left side of the riser cover. Works great!

Looks nice and neat. What do the switches do, on/off.

The accessory switch is on and off. The 2 chrome push button in the riser cover are set (top) and resume (bottom).

I think I gotta tip for you... but I don't want to offend...Those rubberized switch covers are availble from your local heavy equipment dealer.
I'm just trying to help.

Where'd you get the chrome button switches? They look great!

Thanks for the heads up. Know it needs replaced, didn't know about the local heavy equipment dealer option. I will look. Thanks!

No idea on quality. Hopefully somewhat water proof as they are for motorcycles. No link but the title is MINI MOMENTARY PUSHBUTTON HANDLEBAR SWITCH FOR HARLEY HANDLEBAR OR FLAT SURFACE

Figured used unmarked riser covers were cheap if I went with a different idea.

Those switches are available from Jireh also. They're stainless steel. I used one for my garage door opener.
