Don't know. I used 69911-11, since I have all LED's and a CVO lightbar. That might be a question for your dealer........ but then again, they told me the CVO lightbar and 69911-11 wouldn't work on my bike.

But according to the fitment chart, it would work on your Ultra.

 

This is what I used to make my Tour-Pak brake-running-turn signal.

 

I have a 2007 Ultra, and I know Harley came out with a plug and play module to add directional s to the tour pack, I had red Rock Harley install it. Works like a champ. Stop, Brake, and turn.....

 

Working on this myself now. Got an 08 Ultra and bought the 69200042A for the tour pak and was going to get the 69461-06D....but got told by the dealer that they won't work together. Don't want LED conversion due to cost. But still want to make turn signals do everything. Saw a thread about the biketronics making the turn signal a brake and turn which might surfive for now

 

Any info? Would be a good alternative for me.
