Sound Difference btw Rush 2.5" and 2.0"

Default Sound Difference btw Rush 2.5" and 2.0"
I have Rush Slip-Ons with the 2" baffles. Anyone here familiar with the sound difference if I go with a 2.5" baffle? Their website has a couple of .wav file samples of each bafflebut I can't really tell much difference, plus they have the baffles installed on 2 different bikes.My current setup is ok but I would like a deeper rumble. Thx.

I went from 2 to 2.25in and was very pleased with results. I called Fuelmotousa and they said you will experience too much popping on decel with 2.5in. I love the way the 2.25 sounds!

2.0" sound muffled.

2.5" sounds like a Harley. I can attest to VERY MINIMAL decel popping with PCIII.

I have 2.5's and decell pop is very much an issue. But once I get a race tuner of somesort and true duals it will go away, atleast thats teh word on the street. be advised these are VERY deep and VERY loud pipes.

Rush tech told me not to go to the 2.50' baffles with the '07, so I went from 2.00' to 2.25'. Little louder but need a little more...figure I will either change pipes or add true duals to get me where I want to be.

I have the 2.5 with the Teclusion TFI ... no issues. Sounds like a Harley finally. Very deep but in my opinion ... moderate volume ... my wife says it's not too loud. Glad I bought them ... my brother bought the same ones only with the slash cut. Mine are the exchangeable tips.

Thanks for your responses fellas, I think the baffles run around $60 so I'm gonna to try out the 2.5", if I get any decel popping I will go down a size. The current ones I have are just a little bland for my taste. I did have her tuned with a SERT/SEAC so I'm good on that end.

I don't want to sound stupid but can you direct me to where you can listen to the .wav files? I've been searching for that & can't find it. I'm installing the 2.5" next week, as long as my race tuner arrives. Sounds like a good deep tone & as long as you have the tuner you can eliminate the decel popping.

I listened to them on the website and could tell a difference from the 2 to the 2.25, but I couldn't hear much more in the 2.5's.
