I've had mine for almost 2 years and love them. I had them on my 08 SG with dresser duals and they are currently on my 15 RGS with 2-1-2. I like the deep exhaust note at idle and they are nice and mellow on the highway. They perform well on the dyno also. I saw a pair of these in the touring classified section last night so if you're in the market you might get a deal on them.

I have a set of the 4" Monster Rounds with VH power duals. I think they look great, there not super loud by no means, if you twist the throttle, they will give you a bark. There probably the quietest of the VH slip-ons...

I am running the Vansen Hines monster rounds with the power duels very happy with the sound looks and performance it's a very good balance . if you have a stereo system these are loud but not so loud when you can't enjoy your stereo it's a good balance

I don't know where you heard that but they are definitely not a loud muffler. Compared to other V&H mufflers I would guess only Monster ovals would be quieter. Of course sound is subjective so opinions will vary. Fuel Moto tested the Monster Rounds along with several other mufflers and has dB readings for them all. If I remember right the Monster Rounds were perceived to be one of the quieter mufflers but the tests showed they were actually louder. I think it is due to the tone being lower vs other mufflers with a higher pitched sound.

I have them on my 110" CVO Ultra with Dresser Duals. They are loud. When I go on a long trip I put the stock cans back on. The noise gets tiring after a bunch of days in the saddle.
