Default 09 Road King lowering options.

I have a rear end lowering ?

Setup:

21x3.5 front rim
Badlander seat
1.5 fork lowering kit
rear shock relocation kit installed to drop the rear.

Question:
I would like to drop the rear another inch or so and am considering 10.5 shocks. If I add these to the relocation blocks will that mess with the trail bad?

Options: add the 10.5 shocks to the standard shock location or add the 10.5 shocks to the lowering blocks? I would like to drop it another inch or so.

Thanks.

If you go lower than the 10.5 shocks you will bottom out and the seat screw will hit the tire also the tire will chew the wiring up inside the rear fender.
The 10.5 shocks will lower the bike and look cool but the ride will suffer tremendously especially 2-up.
I lowered my road King with 12" street glide shocks and burly 1" lowering blocks. The ride is ok for stock shocks.
Another option would be to contact bitchin baggers.

^^ how much have you dropped the rear? with your lowering blocks already, when I had 12" rear shocks I bottomed out riding 2 up a lot on the bottom of the crossmember

I haven't bottomed out with SG shocks and blocks. My set up is equivalent to 11" shocks.
