Default what to use ro clean black engine cases ...

I know somewhere I read some posts on this but I sure can't find them.

My black engine cases are dull looking and need some cleaning.
What cleaner will bring some life back to the black powder coat finish ?
thanks,
mike

Think the dealer sells some S- 100, or something like that, seems to work good

This is maybe the only thing you will ever find that H-D is actually cheaper than aftermarket.

Use the S-100 cleaner so as to clean the cases with real good..........Then use the S-100 engine brightener as the next step............It'll make those black cases look like new.

You really do want to have the cases as clean and dry as possible before applying the brightener.

THIS!
Bro nailed it on this one. Does not take much, simply amazing.
Not very often am I impressed with trying new detailing products, but with this one I was. I only use it maybe once a year or so, makes it look brand new.
