My 2012 RK has 12000 miles on it and I am fixing to put 57H cams in her. I would settle for a set of se204 but cannot find a used set. Should I change out the lifters or keep the stock ones. Also I read where comp cams 850 lifters will work in the twin cam motors just fine?

I would not skimp on the lifters, especially on the 2010 to 2012 models. HD had problems with lifters coming apart & destroying motors during these years, mostly the 110 motors the way I understand. Why risk it? The S&S Premium lifter is an excellent choice for replacement. There are others also.
I'm in the same boat with my 2004 RK tc88. I'm doing the tensioner upgrade with cams and adjustable rods. The engine has 29k miles on it. My service writer says the stockers are fine and I don't need new tappets.
I would go ahead and change them out while you have it all apart. I didn't and had to go back and change them later. Woods, gaterman, s&s, and other good choices are all better than hd stock lifters. Imho.
I didn't change mine, reasoning that had I not done cams I wouldn't have changed them. If you go with adjustable pushrods it's not that hard to change lifters.
