Default 2014 Street Glide Upgrades - Stretched Bags and More

The time had come for the next round of mods for my '14 Glide. This time around, I decided to rebuild the rear end, complete with stretched bags. After a ton of research, and a lot of nagging other forum members, I decided on Dirty Bird 4" extended bags and rear fender. I also decided to swap out the exhaust configuration while I was at it, as I really like the clean look of no exhaust cut outs in the bags. I've never been in love with the 4" Rineharts that I have on the bike, so I went with the Up Yours exhaust from Dirty Bird. Lastly, I threw on a RSD air cleaner and V&H fuel pack while I was at it.

I'm using Baggers Inc here in Phoenix to do the build. They've had the bike for a couple of weeks and are putting the finishing touches on it now, so I'll have it back in the next few days. Once I get the bike back, I'll post updated photos of the finished product. In the meantime, here's some before pics and a quick video of a walkaround of the bike prior to taking it in.

Here are a few before photos:

And here's some photos taken during the process:

Needless to say, I can't wait to get this thing finished! Special thanks to members NorthEnd, 4boogie, ericl, and Roc for taking the time to answer my questions.

No worries, I'll be sure to do the follow up video. Here's an updated photo of the exhaust with air cleaner installed:

The pinstripes on the bike made things a bit difficult when it came to paint. I've never been a fan of the pinstripes, and would ultimately like to get rid of them, but I don't want to have to repaint the entire motorcycle. So I was sort of stuck. I finally just decided to keep the pinstripe theme on the new bags and fender, but asked the painter to add a little personal touch to them to mix things up. I'm liking the result so far, but am definitely antsy to see them on the bike:
